INITIAL APPROACH: Hiring company approaches us with their Manpower requirements. Either by sending us a Demand Letter or filling our Requirement Form.

SCOUTING: We begin shortlisting talent from our database. Meanwhile our associates scout new talent if required.

CLIENT REVIEW: CV/Resume’s of shortlisted applicants are forwarded to the hiring company for reviewing and selection. Hiring company may also choose to conduct interviews for applicants either in-person or online.

OFFER LETTER: Hiring company sends us an offer letter for every applicant selected by them.

SKILL TEST & MEDICAL EXAMINATION: Candidates go though appropriate tests in their area of expertise. Those who pass move on to medical examinations. We make sure our candidates are medically fit and fully vaccinated.

VISA STAMPING & DEPARTURE: Finally, our team prepares and forwards every document needed by Consulates/Embassies/VFS for visa processing. While applicants eagerly wait for departure.
